[UF-GIS] 64-bit Processing on ArcGIS Desktop 10.1

I recently tested 10.1 vs 10.1 with sp1 and 64-bit patch. I ran my 
standard process for benchmark testing. The processing went from 62 
seconds with just 10.1 ArcGIS Desktop installed to 39 seconds with 10.1 
ArcGIS Desktop Service Pack 1 and the 64-bit Geoprocessing patch 
installed. This is a 37% increase in speed, this is very promising.

Also, don't forget that you will also need to make sure background 
processing is enabled, more on that here:
